My daughter

September 28th, 2011

The most beautiful thing that I have ever seen is my daughter and son right after they were born. That tiny little girl and boy that I was holding in my arms would forever change the rest of my life. Unfortunately they were twins and born at 22 weeks and could not survive but, they forever will always be in my and my girlfriend’s hearts. Anyone who looks at their kids just never forget the first glimpse that they had and I am the same exact way. They were exactly what I intended them to look like. A great combination of me as their father with a mix of the beautiful features that their mother has.

A laudable service

September 24th, 2011

Firefighters are bold and brave officers who offer protection for all areas under their jurisdiction from fire. The fire department generally has more than one fire station within specific boundaries under their supervision. Apart from government controlled fire department, there are some private fire departments as well. A fire marshal is an officer who carries out a wide variety of duties. He is permitted to carry fire marshall signs, a gun and arrest suspects of arson and other fire related offenses. He is also responsible for enforcing laws regarding materials that are inflammable and conducting inspections. He is also endowed with powers to investigate the origin of the fire.

The chances

September 22nd, 2011

Even though the chances of winning the lottery are very slim we all can agree that we have dreamt about how much it would just change our life if we were lucky enough to win. I personally would buy my family a bigger and better house that fit the criteria of what everyone wants. My parents have done a lot for me in my lifetime and I am still looking for the opportunity in which I can show them just how much I appreciate everything. I would also make sure the house was in good quality and that they would not have to worry about things breaking on it or anything for a while.

Christmas Tree (1)

A great family tradition that my family and I have gone through every year would be at Christmas time. We all wake up really early and gather around the decorated Christmas tree to pass out the presents to everyone. We all sit there and open our presents together to see what we got. Then my dad will go into the kitchen and cook kalbasi and eggs for a late breakfast or early lunch. After we help our mom make the ham that will soon be brought to my grandma’s for dinner so all of our closest family members can gather. I love being around my family and hope my significant other and kids feel the exact same.

Hawaii

September 16th, 2011

In all honesty I would love to go to Hawaii for my honeymoon. It is not only relaxing but, contains beautiful weather and there are multiple things that you and your partner can do together to make it more romantic since after all that is the point of a honey moon. Most of their hotels contain balconies that has great views of the beautiful surroundings. It is away from family and friends so you would not be bothered and could just focus on your significant other. The problem would be with wanting to go back home. It would be so hard leaving paradise to return to the life that you forgot you had while being on one of Hawaii’s greatest beaches.

Hopefully

September 13th, 2011

Hopefully in everyone’s life there is something that they have done to make them proud of themselves. My entire life I had a downfall in school. I could not pay attention to it to get good grades and I just did not think it mattered. But, one day I decided to turn my life around and go to college and be the best I can be at as an Registered Nurse. There is such a big demand nowadays for healthcare nurses, doctors, etc. that I just wanted to contribute as much as possible. I made it through school and obtained my degree. It showed me that with hard work and dedication that anything is possible especially if you believe in yourself.

A wireless marvel that could prove a life saver

September 8th, 2011

Dorgard is a marvelous invention that keeps the fire doors open and allows the doors to close as soon as a fire alarm goes off. Many believe that by closing the door, these gadgets will hinder the people getting out in a hurry. While this may be true in certain cases, a chubb dorgard installed in offices will certainly prevent fire from quickly spreading in to the adjoining room and damaging important papers or files. Also, entry of smoke or toxic gases in to other rooms will be prevented. These wireless gadgets are battery operated and can be easily fixed to the bottom of the fire door.

Even though

September 8th, 2011

Even though I have a massive fear of water I would love to be a shark. They are the king of the ocean and are often feared by not only the animals they share the water with, but the people that live around them. They are monsterous and anyone that does not compare to their size fears for their life just being around them. Sharks are not normally bothered as much as other animals like fish, jellyfish, dolphins, etc. and it is very rare to hear of someone eating a shark. Along with being feared they are often the ones that have the closest pack and I do not think I would be able to live anywhere without at least some people to talk too.

As we all know it is often very sad for everyone when someone that is close to them dies unexpectedly. When I die I plan to be surrounded by family and friends that I have lost all throughout my life. Being by the people that I have missed so much when they left is my ideal heaven. I will be happy to be sharing the experiences with them that I have missed out on. I believe that anyone’s heaven is who they are with and sharing their time with. To me it does not matter where I am, or what I am doing just as long as I am with people that matter.

Cut It Out

September 1st, 2011

If I could tell my best friend one thing about her that I can’t stand, it’s that sometimes her honesty and willingness to share everything on her mind can be a little too much. She often tends to overshare things about her personal life that I truly have no interest in, nor do I think I should be privy to. Her honesty, while I appreciate it, can sometimes be too much. I don’t always want to know everything she thinks and feels about me and my life choices. Sometimes she just needs to butt out and keep her opinions to herself.
